MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location : Trichy

Brief: We are looking for an individual to manage marketing activities within Trichy. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing marketing and promotional activities within Trichy. The position will actively work with the commercial team to ensure that we are able to provide a high level of service to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for contacting & source orders from customer. This person will be expected to source customers, closely monitor customer orders / requests and pro-actively communicate updates and changes to customers. This person will work closely with Sales, Product Promotion, and Business Services to ensure timely response, sourcing orders follow up and resolve issues that may arise during the ordering and delivery process. This person will be expected to source orders as part of their normal daily and weekly responsibilities and to maintain necessary communications and follow-ups with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in Marketing & Sales
  • Diploma or University degree education
  • Specialization in administration or marketing would be an asset
  • Experience working with Marketing & Sales environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and follow-up skills
  • Superior ability to problem solve, multi-task make decisions, handle pressure, work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to support and build strong partnership and relationship with the team

The Customer Support Executive will be Responsible for coordinating front line customer orders and inquiries. This person will be expected to closely monitor customer orders / requests and pro-actively communicate updates and changes to customers. This person will work closely with Sales, Marketing Executives, Products Coordinators and Business Services to ensure timely response, delivery of orders and resolve issues that may arise during the ordering and delivery process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for coordinating front line customer orders and inquiries. This person will be expected to closely monitor customer orders / requests and pro-actively communicate updates and changes to customers. This person will work closely with Sales, Product Managers, Products Coordinators and Business Services to ensure timely response, delivery of orders and resolve issues that may arise during the ordering and delivery process. This person will be expected to run and analyze several system generated reports as part of their normal daily and weekly responsibilities to help make necessary internal communications and follow-ups. Individual may also be required to work on special projects or be involved in regular support tasks for the company outside of their regular responsibilities as Customer Service Representative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Customer Support
  • Diploma or University degree education
  • Specialization in administration or marketing would be an asset
  • Experience working with computers
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and follow-up skills
  • Superior ability to problem solve, make decisions, handle pressure, work with a sense of urgency
  • Detailed oriented, proven analytical skills and able to multi-task
  • Proven ability to be a team player
  • Superior interpersonal and emotional intelligence
